• We are thrilled to share our recent project in Pelham, New York - a addition and alteration to a single family residence. Our team winterized the existing enclosed sunroom and built an addition on top of it, resulting in a bright and conditioned family space on the main level and a stunning primary suite on the second, complete with a dressing room and brand new bathroom. We took great care to ensure that the exterior of the addition blended seamlessly with the existing architecture and character of the home.
