• Our team recently completed a full alteration and addition to this beautiful Scarsdale brick colonial home including two expansions and a full interior renovation which re-organized the flow, function, and use of space by opening up the existing exterior wall and incorporating the screened porch into the home finally giving the previously misplaced kitchen a place in the home it deserved. By reorganizing and expanding the home's second floor, we were able to open up the foyer to a double-height space and install custom millwork making the entrance a truly special and welcoming space. The primary suite was given special attention with a tray ceiling, double shower and makeup vanity.
