With 20 years of experience in the architecture, construction and real estate industries - our firm's model includes a cohesive and transparent design process focusing on innovative and responsible design, field and project experience, and client input and feedback.
In, 2021, Danielle founded Pencil Projects Architecture Studio after nearly 2 decades of project management at a Westchester County firm, focusing on custom high end residential projects, private club renovations and restorations, municipal facility alterations, multifamily construction and commercial fit out assignments ranging up to 14million dollars throughout Westchester County.
Since forming our brand, Pencil Projects Architecture Studio, we continue serving residential clients for new construction, alterations and renovations. Our experience also includes FLOOD PLAIN construction, DEC permitting, and water and fire damage restorations. We have recently completed designs and code reviews for several commercial tenant fit outs and alterations ranging from music studios, daycare facilities, yoga studios, movie theatres, art centers, and offices.
Our Story
As an only child of a hardworking contractor, Danielle spent many weekends on the job site learning from her Dad. After pursuing her love for design, math and art, Danielle attended City College of New York (CUNY) and received a 5-year Bachelor of Architecture degree in 2008. She is a licensed Architect in the States of New York and Connecticut, a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), NCARB certified, a Westchester Women's Owned Business, a licensed real estate agent and a notary public. Christine joined the firm in early 2022 bringing coordination, management and organization to each project.
