At Pencil Projects Architecture Studio, our mission is to provide the highest quality of service to our clients, with 20 years of experience in architectural design, project management, and real estate. We have a transparent process that values client feedback and understand the importance of innovative and responsible design practices. Our team has extensive field knowledge and is committed to collaboration and custom design solutions. We specialize in both residential and commercial projects and can assist with building and zoning code review. With two decades of experience, we are passionate about creating beautiful and functional spaces that are tailored to our client's needs. We value our clients and strive to provide a transparent, collaborative, and creative experience.
Since forming our brand in 2021, we have worked with over 200 clients for assignments ranging from new construction, major alterations and renovations, tenant fit-outs, custom outdoor spaces, music studios, daycare facilities, yoga and exercise facilities, movie theatres, art centers, offices, and more.
Our experience also includes FLOOD PLAIN construction, coordination with building officials and the Westchester County Board of Health, obtaining permits through the Department of Environmental Conservation, as well as major water and fire damage restorations.

Our firm’s founder, Danielle DeVito, has over 18 years of hands-on experience in designing and managing projects throughout Southern Westchester from conception to completion and has tailored a unique, informative, and fun experience for our clients.
Danielle graduated from The City College of New York with a Bachelor of Architecture, after completing a 5-year thesis program. She is licensed to practice Architecture in New York, Connecticut, and Vermont and is a member of the American Institute for Architects, NCARB certified, WBENC certified, and a notary public. She is currently serving on The Village of Pelham's Board of Architectural Review. To compliment her broad range of Architecture & Construction experience, she is also a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2008 - staying in touch with trends, and market values, and having access to housing information and properties throughout Westchester County.
Danielle's overall experience includes working on assignments ranging from $10,000 - $14,000,000, and with a mixed bag of private, residential, and commercial clients including the YMCA, Live Nation, The Pelham Art Center, The Capitol Theatre, The Picture House, Chef City, Meals on Main, Sweat New York - among others. Danielle has gained knowledge, experience, and a strong network to sort through a variety of design challenges both small and large.
Christine Weaver joined the team in 2022 as office and project coordinator. She works closely with the Principal and team members to keep all projects organized as well as with our clients for scheduling and processing of applications and approvals.
Her degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice sets the tone for her impeccable attention to detail, reliability, and organization. She is a notary public.

Arlan Lego joined the team in 2020 as visual coordinator and lead deliverable production.
With a variety of skills in drafting, construction experience, design software, and 3d Renderings, Arlan brings our firm's conceptual ideas to a high level of graspable design that our clients can understand, process, and appreciate.
